Fast and efficient Scanning either on one side of page or both using Duplex mode of scanners are achieved with remarkable accuracy and efficiency. Large Format scanning for both Color and Black/White Drawings and Maps are also achieved using either Large Format scanners or if in case client wants vectorization as well, either a Raster to Vector Conversion Software is used or a Digitizer is substituted.

We can prepare a separate Electronic Document Management System for Regular A4 or a3 size Documents and separately an Electronic Drawing and Maps Management system with emphasis on engineering aspects or we could integrate and combine the two to form a Composite Electronic Document Management System comprising of all Company Documents (text and graphic, Maps and Drawings) and other Infrastructural aspects.
